The second biggest concentration of caves in the world known as the T.A.G. area, is located in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. The TAG area contains over 14000 known caves and there are still yet more to discover. With passages that travel as far as 12 miles and rooms that can fill 3 football stadiums, the possibility of traveling beneath our man made constructions is very common. This puts in question the ownership based on where the entrance is located and where the cave travels as it may pass through various private properties, putting in question who owns the hollow space beneath our feet.
